Service Information
We offer the Google Maps Tune-Up as a one-time project for a flat fee. This service includes technical adjustments of your website's primary signals (specifically title tags, H1 headings, and LocalBusiness schema code) and corresponding local visibility grid reports.
Right to Decline Service
We reserve the right to decline or refuse service to any business or website for any reason, including but not limited to websites with illegal content, sites violating Google’s search guidelines, or projects where we determine a technical Tune-Up will not provide a meaningful benefit.
Fees and Payments
The Google Maps Tune-Up is billed as a one-time flat fee of $350 USD, payable in full before work begins. Because this service involves customized, manual code implementation and the immediate delivery of baseline analytical reports, we do not issue refunds once technical optimization work on your website or Google Business Profile has commenced.
No Guarantee of Rankings
Search engines are automated systems that evaluate hundreds of complex, constantly changing factors to calculate rankings. While our service implements guidelines to establish proper signals, results vary from business to business. The Google Maps Tune-Up is designed to improve foundational website signals, but we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, visibility improvements, or business leads.
Client Responsibilities
To execute the Tune-Up, you must provide us with the necessary editor access to your CMS or website hosting platform, and administrative access to your Google Business Profile. Delay in providing this access will extend the project timeline.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and visual layout code on this website are the property of Orange Beacon Digital. You may not copy or reproduce them without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange Beacon Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or changes in search engine algorithms.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orange Beacon Digital and its operators from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from our modifications to your website code or Google Business Profile, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Services

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the courts located within San Diego County, California.
